How do we take care of our loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia? Bre’anna shares to us 3 important tips to effectively manage and take care of our care partners/loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

She also shares about her book, Grow with Gratitude.

Gratitude can increase happiness, lower stress levels, boost the immune system, positive outlook in life, improve relationships with loved ones.
