Please be aware that Bambu Care, LLC is a for-profit organization. Unfortunately, this means any Panda Gifts given will not be tax-deductible. However, we assure you that your Panda Gifts will be put to good use. The money will be reinvested back into Bambu Care to provide dementia care resources and education for you and others who can't afford quality or accessible resources.

Product Specs
U.S. Orders: We offer Flat Rate US Priority* (3-5 business days) shipping or US First-Class Mail via USPS depending on the items included in your purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days processing time. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other remote locations might take longer and be shipped by alternative means.

Apparel items ship separately. Please allow 3-7 business days processing time and 2-3 weeks to receive.

Bambu Dozens: Our puzzle collection is based on a pre-order model. We ship all puzzles ordered the previous month between the 15th and 17th of the next month. For example, if you order a puzzle in September, you will receive your puzzle in October! 

International Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship physical products outside of the U.S. at this time. If you'd like to be notified when we expand our international offerings, consider joining our newsletter.
Buy on Amazon: If you purchase eligible products via Amazon, please note that Amazon has its own shipping timeline and policies.
Note: Bambu Care is not responsible for lost packages and other shipping issues after the product has been shipped. You will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.
We want you to be delighted with every Bambu Care purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within three days after you receive your order. If more than three days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in unused condition in their original product packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Bambu Care reserves the right to deny refunds or charge a restocking fee if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements above or at our standards of quality.
The cost of shipping an item back to Bambu Care is always the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement (U.S. orders only). Bambu Care is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend you insure your return.

If you think an item has arrived damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 48 hours. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or exchange.

For apparel items, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for ordering the wrong size or for "buyer's remorse." Please double-check your selected size before checking out and remember to size up, if necessary.

For products purchased from Amazon, you must adhere to Amazon's return policies and contact their support team. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality and care put into shipping our products with Amazon. If you have any issues with your order, we would love to know as this helps us make important business decisions, but ultimately the issue will have to be reported and rectified with Amazon.
